I am 95% sure Pal's will be there. New Peoples Bank was selling part of their tract of land to Pal's. So, I think it will only be a matter of time. I don't know if they got everything finalized or not.

Pal's applied for a building permit from the city a while back.

I never was a big Pals fan I was hopeing for a good steak house or even a golden coral
